What aftermarket parts ARE available for a Tesla Model S? So I log into my Autozone Pro account through work, drill down to:
2014
Tesla
Model S (electric)
And then I find this under the engine choices:
15 Cylinders 0.0L 270 kW 362 HP
But anyways, they DO have brake pads! And, the fronts are the same as a Camaro or C7 Vette with Brembos.
Anyone else want to play around with RockAuto or Napa to see what you can buy if you’re a do-it-yourselfer Tesla owner?

Wipers? Maybe a/c filter? I don’t think those use any incandescent bulbs. Good question, I can’t think of much after brake systems.

I looked around in the Tesla forums a year or so ago to see what the folks were doing for performance mods.
Lots of people asked the question, but the responses were all akin to:
“I’m not going to modify the Tesla, I’ve got an Ariel Atom, and (insert other expensive track toys here) ... for when I want to go fast”.
...
Rich people...
...
For generic parts the response was always something like "I'm not keeping this thing after warranty, I'll trade it in for whatever is the newest".

Such is life for cars such as them. Makes me wonder what the used market will be like for them in the coming years...
